Introduction
The booties are knitted with the purl stitch and fit shoe sizes 5-11.

1- Cast on
Make a slip knot and cast on 24 stitches (for wide feet, for regular size cast on 20 stitches)

2- Knit a rectangle
Purl the entire first row. Then row 2 onwards, slip the first stitch on to the other needle without purling and purl the rest. Make such rows until you achieve 22 bumpy rows (19 rows to fit sizes 5-10).

3- Decrease
In the next row, slip the first stitch and then purl two stitches together until the end. Purl the last stitch.

.
4- Cast off
Cast off the stitches and make a knot, leaving 10 inches of yarn.

5- Weave yarn through
Make a circle by weaving the yarn under the two arms of the V of the casted off braid in a zig zag manner.

6- Make a circle
Pull the yarn to tighten the top row into a circle.

7- Sew top
Identify the front side of the fabric with the cast on and fold it inwards. Sew the top half of the fabric together by putting the needle through the bumps across from each other.

8- Sew back
Fold and sew the back (casted on) part of the bootie together. Use the second row of yarn to bind the fabric. Reverse the bootie inside out.
