1- Introduction
Undo rows if you see a hole in the knitted fabric. It is most often an extra stitch when making the purl stitch.
2- Look for the extra stitch
The extra stitch will look like a V overlapping with another stitch and will be right above the hole.
3- Get the bump
Insert the empty needle into the bump right under the first stitch. Make sure to insert the needle from the bottom to top with both needles facing the same direction.
4- Slide off
Slide off the stitch from the needle in your non-dominant hand. You have transferred the first stitch on to the other needle undoing the last purling.
5- Pull the yarn
Pull the working end of the yarn so it is again attached to the top stitch on the needle in your non-dominant hand.
6- Get to the extra stitch
Continue unraveling rows until you reach the hole. Once you unravel that stitch,
