Week 2 – Baby hat with Bunny Ears

This cute design is easy to make and uses the simple Knit stitch. Once you have practiced the basics, you can start knitting this baby hat. 

Finished hat dimensions will be approximately 13 in (33 cm) circumference and 5 in (13 cm) tall to fit newborn babies.

Friendly tips:

Count stitches every other row to make sure you haven’t dropped any stitch.

Every knitter has a different knitting style so always measure the product that you are making. This bunny hat needs to be knit 5in tall. So measure the finished height, the number of rows may vary a bit.

Use single color or two colors, whatever you like. Make one hat or two, feel free to play around with color combinations!
